As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a Junior Property Manager to join our dynamic team.

Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Junior Property Manager to support our day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for an energetic go-getter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong communication skills, and is passionate about real estate and providing outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Operations Manager with daily property management tasks including concierge services, scheduling, and inspections
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
  • Respond to client inquiries in a professional and timely manner
  • Help coordinate maintenance and vendor services
  • Maintain and update property records using Google Sheets, Docs, and other company provided software
  • Conduct property site visits as needed 
  • Support Operations Manager and senior Property Managers with various projects and administrative tasks
     

Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient with Google Sheets, Docs, and ability to learn other software
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Must have reliable transportation (gas paid for by company)
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to keep accurate detailed records of your daily activities and communicate issues that arise to senior managers using company provided software
  • Ability to lift 35lbs
  • Previous experience in property management or real estate is a plus, but not required
  • A genuine interest in real estate and a desire to grow with a company that values top-tier customer service
  • Willing to be on call on weekends on a rotating basis with other team members (approximately every 4 to 5 weeks)
